As a founding partner of Conserve Holdings and Conserve Management, Steve brings over two decades of invaluable experience, having spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs before co-founding CH. His primary responsibilities within the company include investor relations, asset management, property management, and strategic disposition timing.

Beyond his professional roles, Mr. Fuchs is well-regarded in the community for his charitable acts and mentorship roles, exemplifying a dedication to making a positive impact. Notably, for the past 15 years, Steve has actively run a transformative summer mentorship program to Israel, impacting the lives of around 100 teenagers annually. This initiative reflects his deep commitment to mentorship and community engagement, showcasing a passion for fostering personal and professional growth beyond the corporate landscape.

A devoted family man, Steve is a husband, father, and grandfather. He resides in Brooklyn with his wife, embodying a balance between professional success and meaningful family connections. As a founding partner of Conserve Holdings and Conserve Management, David brings a wealth of expertise from his role as SVP at Meridian Capital Group, where he began in 2014. Specializing in structured finance and equity placement, he focused primarily on the mountain west region and played a pivotal role in opening Meridian's Salt Lake City office.

Today, David leads critical functions, including acquisitions, capital relationships, debt sourcing, and strategic disposition timing. His strategic vision extends to formulating growth plans for both Conserve Holdings and Conserve Management.

Beyond the professional realm, David finds joy in family life. Residing in New Jersey, with his wife and two boys, he strikes a balance between leadership at Conserve and family warmth. In his leisure time, David is an avid world traveler, seeking new experiences, and a golf enthusiast who enjoys the strategic challenges and camaraderie the sport offers. This well-rounded approach adds depth and richness to his life beyond the corporate corridors.

As a partner at Conserve Holdings, Shmuel brings a wealth of financial expertise to the team, with a strong focus on real estate due diligence cultivated through years of dedicated experience. Since founding Diligence Research Group (DRG) in 2013, he has consistently delivered his trademark real estate financial due diligence services to discerning clients.

His key focus within Conserve Holdings includes transaction coordination, asset management, and investor relations.

Additionally, Shmuel is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of his synagogue. He is well-known for his honest and disciplined approach, both in his professional endeavors and community leadership.

Beyond his professional roles, Shmuel is a devoted family man, residing in New Jersey with his wife. As a father and grandfather, he embodies a balance between professional commitment and meaningful family connections.

As a partner at Conserve Holdings, Gershon plays a pivotal role, leveraging years of expertise in management and business strategy. Notably, he is the founder and CEO of Elite Home Health Care, where his extensive knowledge, insight, and expansive network have proven instrumental in fueling the growth of Conserve Holdings.

Residing in Brooklyn with his family, Gershon's entrepreneurial journey took root in Brooklyn, ultimately leading to a successful company exit. His diverse investments span thousands of apartment units and various businesses, showcasing his versatile business acumen.

As the Director of Operations, Annie brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her role. With a background in hospitality management, real estate transaction coordination, and travel, Annie offers a unique perspective that contributes to the success and growth of our company.

In her role, she demonstrates exceptional skills and expertise. Annie collaborates closely with senior management, oversees lender and investor reporting, manages teams, maintains vendor relations, and ensures compliance. She also plays a key role in developing and improving business plans, implementing HR strategies, conducting portfolio audits, and driving enthusiasm for growth and success.

Aside from her professional responsibilities, Annie is a dedicated mother of three. She actively engages with her children, creating meaningful experiences through family game nights, sporting events, music activities, and travels together. Annie's commitment to both her family and professional pursuits highlights her as an integral and accomplished leader at Conserve Holdings and Conserve Management.

As an Acquisitions Associate, Jared brings a background in finance and economics, graduating from the University of Delaware. With a passion for numbers and a strategic mindset, Jared leads our efforts in evaluating potential multifamily property acquisitions.

Day in and day out, Jared conducts financial analysis and due diligence, ensuring that each potential investment is thoroughly vetted. His dedication extends to crafting comprehensive investment packages that effectively communicate the value proposition to senior management and investors.
